What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Back End Developer - Node / Hubspot position at Simplex?
This is a 100% remote position based anywhere in the United States. This is also a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. We are flexible and open to 20-40 hours/week.
Our client provides HubSpot and Software Development consulting services. Their client wants to build a fully functioning Beta product for release. There is an existing MVP already built in Haskell that can be used for parts but for the most part, you will be coming in and starting fresh. We are looking for a BE and a FE Developer OR a Full Stack Developer who can do it all.
Requirements:
- Experience with Node.js / Typescript
- High attention to detail with reviewing code for quality.
- Excellent documentation and general communication skills. Slack, Jira, and E-mail will all be relied upon heavily.
- Experience working in Dev Sprints / Agile environments.
- An interest in building an App that integrates with Hubspot or knowledge of Hubspot APIs would be helpful.
