Immediate opening for a Bilingual Administrative Associate-Medicalin Hemetwho possesses:

  • Bilingual Spanish is required
  • Experience with handling front desk duties, referrals and phones
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience with scheduling appointments
  • Must have a valid CA. drivers license

Responsibilities:

  • Handling medical referrals
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments
  • Data Entry using excel
  • Front and back office administrative duties
  • Answering incoming calls
  • 2 years of medical admin experience

Requirements:

  • Strong written, verbal and listening communication skill
  • Basic computer software knowledge MS Excel
  • Experience with scheduling appointments, referrals
  • 2 years minimum of medical office experience
  • Bilingual Spanish required
