Job Description: As a Managing Consultant at SimplyPut, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and objectives, and then lead project teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management from a large consulting organization.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead projects and teams in executing tasks and deliverables according to plan.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and IT requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status and progress.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions that meet their expectations.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them overcome challenges and develop their skills.

Technical Expertise:

  • Leverage expertise in IT project management to optimize project schedules, resource allocation, and budget management, resulting in efficient and cost-effective implementations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing IT projects across various technologies and platforms.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT project management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience at a reputable consulting firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Accenture, PwC).
  • Strong client-facing experience with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Local to the Philadelphia area.

Preferred Skills (Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in two of the following):

  • ERP (Sage, NetSuite, SAP)
  • Data (Azure, AWS, Domo)
  • Analytics (Power BI, Domo, Tableau)
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • IT Strategy Assessment and Planning
  • CRM expertise
  • O365 proficiency
  • System selection/implementation/migration experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
