We’re a company using data, science and software to make TV advertising powerful, provable and profitable.   Simulmedia is looking for interns to join our engineering team for Summer 2022!   Your Role   As an intern on the engineering team you’ll have a direct impact on the development of technologies that are shaping the way advertisers deliver performance on TV.  You’ll have the opportunity to tackle challenges across a number of different parts of our platform, from user-facing web applications and visualizations to backend APIs and services that handle massive amounts of data at scale.   This role will be on the DevOps team. DevOps combines the practices of software development and infrastructure operations. As a DevOps intern at Simulmedia, you will work on a software engineering project focused around cloud infrastructure.     Responsibilities:   ●      Design cloud-based solutions using Amazon Web Services ●      Develop new tools and automation in Python ●      Work in a fast-paced agile environment especially as it pertains to new technology and  complex data-centric problems ●      Learn quickly and be excited by big challenges   Qualifications:   ●      Pursuing a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Computer Science or recently graduated from an applicable boot camp program. ●      Preferred: Some experience with Python programming ●      High levels of creativity and quick problem solving capabilities The Simulmedia Experience We take tremendous pride in maintaining a high bar for employees and fostering a strong team environment.
