Location: Ottumwa, Iowa

At Sinclair Tractor, we pride ourselves on being the destination in Southeast Iowa for agricultural equipment, precision farming, agronomic decision support, NAPA parts and supplies. With thirteen John Deere dealerships, five NAPA parts locations and a Supply Store, we are looking for motivated and talented people to join our team.

Purpose

Work with our IT team to effectively provide in-person and remote support to our 13 John Deere and 5 NAPA locations. Assisting our IT department with enhancing cybersecurity and various projects.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• Troubleshoot issues with office hardware including printers, scanners, video conferencing, equipment, and IP phones
• Utilize the helpdesk system to track, document and research solutions to problems
• Provide technical support to employees at local and remote offices via helpdesk, phone, email, remote sessions, and in-person visits
• Assist in ordering IT equipment and maintain inventory
• Collaborate with the CIO and IT Manager to assist with the research and implementation of IT projects
  
  

Experience, Education, Skills And Knowledge

• Student in good standing; looking to pursue a career in Information Technology or equivalent degree
• Passionate for technology, high level of integrity, and ability to take initiative/self-directed
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Reliable transportation is a must

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Office setting
• Must be able to lift 50-pounds
