Position Overview

Customer Service Support handles various administrative duties that come with updating customer information, shipping errors, and third-party shipping destinations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Communicate with management on any problems making recommendations and suggestions for solutions.
  • Help teams with daily duties.
  • Making adjustments to the Customer Master in SCM View.
  • Creating Drop ships ID’s as requested.
  • Responsible for making changes to addresses according to the UPS Chargebacks.
  • Processing the RMA’s so inventory gets reversed, reshipped, and the customer receives an appropriate credit.
  • Invoicing shipping overages and keeping record of such adjustments.
  • Assist with order entry duties.
  • Assist Customer Service Manager as needed.

Requirements

  • Written and verbal communication skills.

  • Interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills.
  • Fosters positive working relationships.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of basic telephone technology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles.
