What are the responsibilities and job description for the Body Shop Customer Liaison position at Sioux Falls Ford?
Abra Auto Body & Glass North is looking for an energetic and self-motivated person to join our team. We are creating a new position within our business as a Customer Liaison. This person will work closely with our estimators and our production manager daily.
Hours will be M-F from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Automotive knowledge is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Position Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Outbound calls updating customers of the repair process
- Taking inbound phone calls
- Scheduling customers for repairs
- Setting sublet appointments
- Final billing of insurance claims
- Noting all work in our shop estimating system
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to operate manual and automatic transmissions
