Game Day Staff

Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Game Day Staff. As a Game Day Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests during events and games. This is a paid position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with event setup, including arranging seating, and equipment
- Manage cash handling and ticket sales
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and security of guests
- Assist with crowd control and manage lines during peak times
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the event or venue
- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after each game or event

Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred but not required
- Cash handling experience is desirable
- Strong public speaking skills to make announcements or provide event information
- Ability to effectively manage events and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with guests or other staff members
- Theater or performance background is beneficial for engaging with the audience
- Experience working with children is an advantage for family-oriented events
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for all guests
