Job Summary
Sir Grout Richmond provides grout and tile restoration, stone restoration, and slip-resistant applications to residential and commercial markets.
We train our technicians how to restore tile and grout, natural stone surfaces like marble, granite, slate, and travertine to like new or better than new condition.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a relevant trade, such as general maintenance, handyman work, tile setting, painting, floor polishing or construction.
Missing some of the ideal trade experiences? No worries if you have a can-do attitude and the willingness to learn!

Responsibilities
- Perform duties relative to tile, caulking, and stonework.
- Professionally engage with customers during projects and answer questions.
- Daily travel to job sites in the greater Richmond area, of which 95% are indoors.
- Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
- Follow all safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Dependable, self-confident and punctual
- Detail-oriented and appreciation for quality work

- Work independently and occasionally in teams
- Proficient with mobile tech (email, texting...)
- Problem solver
- Uncompromising integrity
- Safely lift 35 pounds
- Prefer physical movement throughout your work day instead of sitting behind a desk or the like
