Accounts Payable Specialist
A privately owned Property Management company that owns and manages their large real estate portfolio is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. Located in La Verne, we own multi-unit residential housing properties located in Southern California. With over 3,000 tenants we need someone who likes to be busy during their 8 hours. We have a relaxed office environment and this is an in-office position.
Duties include not limited to special projects
- Receiving of all invoices, sorting and entering invoices into accounting software
- Communicating with vendors and on-site managers
- Researching and resolving vendor and/or on-site managers AP issues
- Maintaining open and paid invoice files
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Help answer all incoming calls and perform as a backup receptionist
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable department
- Property management experience
- Added plus knowledge of AppFolio software
- Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
