What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at SitelogIQ?
The Project Coordinator will work out of the C&I division located in Nashville, TN. The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Project Management team with our energy efficiency construction projects throughout the United States. This includes collaboration with internal team members and external clients to drive efficiency and effective project management and construction management support.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities
The following responsibilities are subject to change based on the needs of the company and employee interest level:
- Administrative support to Project Managers and Project Development as needed.
- Organize logistics and travel to and from client sites throughout United States.
- Coordinate project specific resources including subcontract labor solicitations.
- Confirmation of subcontractor and vendor set-up and status prior to issuing purchase orders.
- Track receipt, collate and audit certified payroll reports from subcontractors.
- Oversee project procurement management (purchase order package assembly, following up on delivery dates etc.).
- Creation of both field crew installation documents and project close out packages.
- Working with customers to ensure all insurance certificates are in place prior to construction.
- Utilize the financial system for data entry of purchase orders.
- Assist in AR collections
- Support permit documentation and requests
- Coordinate OSHA Reporting and safety training scheduling and tracking of completions.
- Any other job duties as assigned
Project Coordinator Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 Years’ Experience in Project Administration or related roles with non-residential construction.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Safety minded
- Self-Starter and capable of working remotely with minimal management.
- Ability to fulfill many roles as needed for the growth of the company.
Physical Requirements
- Position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, twisting, bending.
- May occasionally need to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Office setting.
