Sitemetric is searching for a bar-raising Area Leader to build an industry-defining field support team that helps drive project success on construction sites nationwide. You will be responsible for training, hiring, and leading several project teams remotely and in-person.

Key Responsibilities
This position works directly with Sitemetric Director of Field Support and Regional Leader across the entire organization.
Core responsibilities include:
1) Service Delivery: Build and lead all aspects of your project team’s delivery of Sitemetric services to the customer. Recruit, hire, onboard, and grow your team base on Sitemetric core leadership principles.
2) Customer Success: Proactively build trust with customers by ensuring that every aspect of our customer’s experience is meeting their needs and expectations. Coach your team on how to deliver customer support in a way that keeps project moving and never gets in the way of work.
3) Innovation: Work alongside your team and customers to understand existing or emerging problems in the field and how Sitemetric services can be built to solve these problems. Drive a culture of constant innovation in the field and train your teams on how Sitemetric approaches innovation in the field.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- 3 years of internal Sitemetric experience or at an ENR 400 construction company.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across a diverse range of working relationships internally and externally
- Comfortable using and coaching others on software apps
- Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities in dynamic work environment
PREFERRED
- 3 years of ENR 400 construction experience
- Actively educating oneself in college or trade education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges within and outside of their original access control responsibilities
- Actively taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and Sitemetric team members
