This role is a member of the Financial Systems team. The Financial Systems team is responsible for ensuring that core finance operational processes, including contract-to-cash, are designed with effective controls, efficient transaction processing, and leveraging the automation capabilities of Workday Financials.

The Financial Systems Manager will manage the implementation, enhancements and ongoing support of the Workday Customer module including Invoicing, Payment Processing, Revenue Recognition, and Reporting for SitusAMCs global deployment of Workday.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead Workday implementation as the product owner for end-to-end financial business process specifically Contract-to-Cash

• Manage the ongoing enhancements and support of one or more Workday Financials modules (FDM/Accounting, Suppliers, Customers, Banking, Assets) for SitusAMCs global deployment of Workday

• Partner with stakeholders including process owners, business unit controllers and shared services team members to define, enhance and document the business processes

• Identify opportunities to leverage the native capabilities of Workday Financials to improve productivity, financial analysis and enforce critical financial controls

• Ensure users have the training and support they need to be productive when using Workday Financials by building out training materials, plans and approach

• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis support to pinpoint system issues and develop actions plans to resolve

• Develop and align with stakeholders on a prioritized roadmap of improvements based on measurable business outcomes

• Coordinate with external partners (vendors, processors, and consultants), as needed, to support and enhance financial business processes on an ongoing basis

• Prepare effective presentation materials, as needed, for all levels of stakeholders

• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business with emphasis in accounting from accredited college or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 7 years preferred experience implementing and/or supporting Workday Finance, ideally with extensive experience with Customer module

• Process analysis skills including ability to document, assess and drive enhancements to financial business processes

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, and ability to work well under pressure and interact at all levels

• Experience working as part of a distributed, remote team with international work groups (India, Europe, and US)

• Previous experience in public accounting is valued

• Strong systems technical expertise using financial reporting tools (Excel, OneStream/Hyperion, etc.). to develop custom reports and perform data validation

Special Requirements:

• The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

• Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, keyboard use

• Alternating between sitting or standing as needed

This position is available in all US Remote locations as detailed in SitusAMCs Telecommuting policy. This position is not available in the following states: AK, CA, CO, CT, HI, MA, WY
