Payroll Supervisor

Job DescriptionOnly applicants in Orlando, FL will be considered. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our team. The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the payroll process for approximately 2,500 employees across the United States and Canada, with biweekly processing. This position requires expertise in UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions), and Microsoft Excel, as well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for 2,500 employees across the US and Canada.Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data, including wages, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Utilize UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions) to manage employee data, timekeeping, and scheduling.Generate and analyze payroll reports using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.Provide support and guidance to payroll team members, including training, coaching, and performance management.Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.Respond to employee inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Proficiency in UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions), and Microsoft Excel.Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in the US and Canada.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify solutions.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and payroll processing.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving employee issues in a timely manner.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationSalary: $75,000 - $90,000 DOEAbout the department:Our employees bring our company in the fast lane – every day our HR team is in the race for the best talents worldwide.
