Job Description
Sixt is looking for a Human Resources Information Analyst to be directly responsible for process analysis and optimization in HR Business Partnering, HR Development, and Talent Acquisition. This person will be the central interface between all project participants and will be responsible for assuring transparent communication within all involved departments. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
What you will do:
- Coordinate and harmonize national and international processes in consultation with corporate countries
- Detect optimization potentials, develop realization measures, and ensure pragmatic implementation
- Implement an efficient common process for HR Managers and HR Systems Team
- Perform other incidental and project-based assignments as required and assigned
Qualifications
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics preferred
- Must possess at least 1 year of experience in process analysis and project management
- Familiarity with HR processes required
- Must be proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated team-based project experience
