Responsibilities:
1. First Impressions: Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome, providing a memorable start to their dining experience.
2. Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately, utilizing suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
3. To-Go Coordination: Handle To-Go orders with precision, following Sizzler standard operating procedures to provide exceptional service.
4. Customized Connection: Identify and cater to the individual needs of each guest, making personalized connections to enhance their dining experience.
5. Crowd Management: Manage counter traffic effectively, ensuring guests are served promptly and efficiently.
6. Promote Atmosphere: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere, exhibiting an outgoing personality that contributes to a positive guest experience.
7. Payment Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately, make change, process credit card transactions securely and efficiently, and reconcile cash drawer at the end of the shift.
8. Reservation Management: Assist with taking reservations and managing waitlists efficiently, ensuring smooth seating arrangements for all guests.
9. Dining Area Maintenance: Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.

Qualifications:
