What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Manager position at SJE?
What you will do:
As our Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the procurement management of the supply chain team, including material sourcing, spend management, and vendor management. This position can work at our Detroit Lakes, MN or our Plymouth, MN, location.
The Job:
Every day you will work with multiple departments and cross-functional teams, while managing a team of supply chain specialists. You will work with staff to implement and sustain the continuous improvement program. You will build a strong team atmosphere and foster collaboration across the organization.
The skills you need:
To thrive in this role, you must have excellent communication and time management skills. You need to have experience with leading others and have knowledge of operations and supply chain management. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management is preferred.
