Job Description

SK Design Group Inc. is looking for a full-time, experienced Survey Rodman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing ground surveys, including surveying, leveling, and or leveling and or digging, as well as backfilling. This person will be responsible for collecting data on the ground using hand tools and equipment, taking pictures of the site using a handheld device, and collecting data on the ground using hand tools and equipment. This position will also be responsible for analyzing survey results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform surveying activities, including ground surveys, leveling and or digging, as well as backfilling.
  • Collect data on the ground using hand tools and equipment, taking pictures of the site using a handheld device, and collecting data on the ground using hand tools and equipment.
  • Analyze survey results to determine the best land use plans for development.
  • Perform land use planning to ensure that survey results are used to determine land use plans.
  • Conduct field work in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform field work in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations while maintaining compliance with all applicable safety rules and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining equipment and supplies by performing necessary repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience Requirements
·High School Diploma or GED required.
·Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
·Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a construction site environment is preferred.
·Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance from other personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Berkshire, MA: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: On the road
