We are a skilled nursing facility in search of our Director of Social Service Director. You will play a key role in our senior management team.
You will work with our residents and families starting with the admission process and implement social service interventions that achieve treatment goals and enhance quality of life. You will be a key part of the care planning process for our residents.
We are looking for a licensed Social Worker with recent skilled nursing experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
