To that end, Skechers will be undertaking a net-new Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementation. We are seeking a talented and highly motivated CRM Business Systems Analyst to drive forward key initiatives and deliver features and capabilities to business stakeholders using SDLC and Agile methodologies.
As a CRM Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders, gather, and analyze requirements, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce configurations, data management, and process automation will be essential in driving the success of our CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and elicit requirements
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and implement automation to increase efficiency.
- Analyze customer data, sales metrics, and CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Capture and write user stories and assist with backlog grooming.
- Build quality assurance (QA) testing scripts and conduct QA and regression testing to ensure data integrity and system functionality
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing cycles with business stakeholders.
- Create custom reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring optimal use of standard Salesforce features and App Exchange alternatives before resorting to custom development.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
- Oversee data migration efforts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Salesforce.
- Build and maintain functional specifications including data mappings for integration efforts between boundary applications and Salesforce CRM
- Develop and implement data quality strategies, including regular data cleansing and deduplication activities. Design and implement automated solutions using Salesforce Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers to streamline business processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their proficiency in utilizing Salesforce.
- Triage and resolve user-reported issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Create comprehensive documentation for all aspects of Salesforce configuration, including data models, process flows, and system integrations.
- Keep documentation up to date with any changes or enhancements made to the Salesforce platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project reports using tools like Smart Sheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.
Qualifications
- 5 years' experience as a Salesforce CRM Business Systems Analyst with hands on keyboard experience implementing and maintaining Sales Cloud (required) or Consumer Goods Cloud (preferred)
- Salesforce System Administrator or Business Analyst (Required)
- Platform App Builder (Preferred)
- Sales Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
- Experience on SFDC business workflows like Persona based User Journey, Routing Rules, Reports & Dashboards.
- Experience with Salesforce Administration including use of custom and standard fields and objects, workflow rules, data validation rules, and page layout changes.
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning development, SDLC, and Salesforce Sales or Consumer Goods cloud
- Experience working on cross-functional teams.
- Writing technical documentation and business requirements using tools like Confluence, Jira, and Lucid Chart/Visio
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Motivated, self-starter with the ability to multitask, hit deadlines, and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Experience with receiving, analyzing, and interpreting results from large data sets.
- Proficiency with Excel, Dataloader.io, and other data tools with high degree of confidence handling and analyzing large data sets.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL or Python
