What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Technician position at Skeeter Products, Inc?
POSITION SUMMARY:
Works across all department to support and lead development of lean manufacturing initiatives and collaborate with Operations to drive for continuous improvement relative to training.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Facilitate training content to employees and train and mentor team member on lean practices
- Work with team members, support departments and Team Leaders to ensure training is complete and thorough
- Participate/Lead New Hire training to new team members
- Maintain existing training documents and materials
- Maintain training documentation and assure that all required training is complete and recorded for each employee
- Any other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma, college course work preferred
- Educated in the general principles and practices of the boat manufacturing environment
- 5S knowledge
- Problem solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
