ABOUT THE JOB:
Skigital, a West Chester-based agency, has made a stellar name for itself in the digital marketing industry. We work with clients across a broad range of industries. Skigital has grown tremendously over the past 8 years, and is always looking for fresh talent to wow our clients and keep our business on a path of growth.
ROLE PRIORITIES:
- Create and collaborate with the team to develop on-brand and compelling assets that fulfill the marketing objectives
- Work with the team, while utilizing own artistic ability, skills, training, and creativity to help create thoughtful, trend-forward design results
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and designing marketing materials (Emails, Social, Paid Social)
- Expand on visual identities of the brand, collaborations, and internal initiatives
- Website design including, site maps, wireframes, buildout, editing, and ongoing support.
- Create and establish efficient workflows with the team.
- Other design projects and responsibilities as assigned.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years direct design experience preferably within an agency space
- Bachelor’s degree (Graphic Design, Design, Fine Arts or similar degree)
- Adept multitasker who can shift from task to task
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized
- Communicative and collaborative team player: comfortable with consistent collaboration across departments and implementing feedback
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Well-versed in the adobe creative suite
- Website knowledge including Wix, Shopify, and Wordpress

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
