The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for helping drive Skillable’s financial growth and operational efficiency through alignment and visibility across the Revenue team and key internal partners. Connecting the integration of sales, marketing, and customer experience data, this role will focus on optimization of revenue streams and identifying opportunities for improvement using analysis, forecasting and internal reporting. Provide insights and implement strategies to maximize revenue, streamline processes, and ensure alignment between stakeholders who are key in meeting revenue goals. 


Responsibilities:

  • Enable Skillable’s Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to understand business health and hit their goals through improved strategy, automated processes, and effective reporting via dashboards and forecasts 
  • Administer systems integrations to support go-to-market strategies and streamline the customer lifecycle 
  • Provide CRM management creating the source of truth by ensuring the data is accurate, enriching existing data and identifying new sources of information to shape target accounts lists for the sales teas, as well as driving efficiency with workflow automation and customization 
  • Design and implement workflows and automation processes to streamline revenue operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual tasks 
  • Improve data quality, analysis and reporting through data administration and recommended tooling 
  • Regularly report and provide transparency, accountability and thoughtful business insights on performance against expectations, how to optimize the funnel and other related data to drive revenue achievements 
  • Partner with executive leadership to define, operationalize, measure and analyze impact of KPIs 
  • Forecast revenue performance, identify trends, manage reporting systems, and provide actionable insights to senior management and key internal stakeholders 
  • Increase data quality and the ability to derive critical insights through ad hoc analysis across multiple data sets 
  • Build bottom-up and top-down revenue models to help identify gaps and strategic areas of improvement as well as inform hiring decisions 
  • Partner with leadership in Customer Experience and Sales to build territory and account distribution 
  • In partnership with Finance, People Success and Sales leadership, help provide data insights in the creation of incentive and commission construction, leveraging analysis for historical trends 
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in creating a clear understanding of the impact of investment marketing dollars by building an attribution model from the ground up. Leverage outputs from the attribution model to partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience to build a revenue model that ties back to company objectives. Continually refine and update the model, communicating this out to key business owners across the org 
  • Assist with requirements for deals and revenue team programmatic and process functions as requested 
  • Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external partners and customers on a regular basis 
  • Other strategic business initiatives or cross-functional project involvement as required 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (business administration, sales, etc.) or relevant professional experience 
  • 7-8 years of professional working experience in Revenue Operations, Sales, or Revenue Enablement for a B2B SaaS Company 
  • Instrumented a tech stack that drove pipeline and ongoing lifecycle management for a company from 8-figure ARR to 9-figure ARR 
  • 3-5 years of CRM administration experience  
  • Experience designing and implementing workflows and automation processes to streamline revenue operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual tasks 
  • Experience building out lead & account scoring models, enriching contact databases, and developing effective outbound lists for BDR teams using tools like Hubspot, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator 
  • Expert in data visualization with experience building dashboards and reports in tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, PowerBI or other visualization tools 
  • Naturally inquisitive with a desire to solve problems and dig into detailed analysis and provide recommendations based on data insights 
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to various audiences and levels, including leadership 
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations 
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload 
  • High-level of enthusiasm, integrity, and confidence 

Salary Range 


The base salary for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 annually. Consistent with applicable laws, compensation will be determined based on the candidate's level, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience along with requirements for the position and annual financial plans. 


Skillable is a distributed first team with employees working across the U.S., and we do not consider geography when determining compensation ranges. 


Please note that it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Skillable reserves the right to modify this compensation range at any time.

Working Conditions


The job conditions for this position are in a remote home office setting, requiring a space that supports privacy and focus to attend to regular and frequent video and voice calls. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Travel is anticipated up to 10% of the time for critical business meetings and industry events.
