Master Scheduler

In this position, you will create production schedules and ensure that schedules are followed. The master scheduler is also responsible for sourcing materials from suppliers, checking the quality of products and recording process outputs daily.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Pull down customer orders and forecast weekly
• Create, execute and monitor machining schedules within Scheduling Software
• Create, execute and monitor support operation schedules
• Responsible for overseeing and developing the company’s overall production schedule, ensuring quality and workforce adherence.
• Interaction with Managers/Team leads to maintain production schedule including but not limited to notification of interruptions to the schedule, quality issues, or changes to the schedule
• Constant communication and interaction with the production floor to maintain schedule.
• Maintaining movement of product from operation to operation

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing Experience
• Minimum two years experience in a scheduling role

Work Environment:

Climate-controlled manufacturing facility with a moderate noise level. In this position, you are working a full-time schedule, mainly in an office environment, with some time in a manufacturing setting.
