Director of Concierge and Customer Service for Nursing Facilities

Essential Healthcare,

Connecticut (between New Haven, Torrington, Southport, and Waterbury)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Concierge and Customer Service to join our team! As a key member of our leadership team, you will assist in day-to-day operations, act as a liaison between families and the building, and ensure proper outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee concierge services for new and existing residents

* Develop and implement customer service initiatives

* Build positive relationships with families and residents

* Manage social media presence and improve ratings and outcomes

* Develop staff training programs to build a culture of excellence

* Drive between locations as needed (must have reliable transportation)

Requirements:

*$55,000-$95,000 salary range depending on experience

* Outgoing and positive personality

* Ability to drive
