Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining the building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, and other facility fixtures
• Handle equipment and tools with care, including saws, screwdrivers, hammers, and power tools
• Make minor repairs on essential systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, emergency lighting, fire alarms, etc.)
• Perform tasks such as snow removal, painting, and other upkeep activities as needed

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance within a skilled nursing facility
• Knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and painting
