What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Manager position at Skilled Nursing?
Reporting to the Treasurer, the Treasury Manager will be responsible for forecasting cash and liquidity position. S/he will be supporting other aspects of Treasury: performing company’s credit facility reporting, data mining, detailed analysis, and ad hoc analyses. Responsible for monthly reporting to and preparing analysis for stakeholders. Ensures that budgets and expenditures are maintaining appropriate covenants per stakeholder requirements. Will be responsible for ad hoc reporting and project management at the direction of VP of Finance.
- Support management with reporting requirements: i.e. debt covenants, compliance, and controls
- Completes monthly, quarterly and annual credit facility compliance reporting
- Banking and purchasing/T&E card relationship management, including fees, rebates and fund flows
- Prepares reports for Finance Executives
- Manages Team to -
- Prepare of monthly Borrowing Base and monthly Servicer Remittance reporting
- Bank account setup
- Monitors cash transactions to ensure bank accounts balance and monitors for any unusual items, which are then reviewed and researched for authenticity.
- Assist with administration of Corporate Card program
- Reconcile monthly and quarterly interest and bank fee statements
- Create and maintain models used for other Treasury needs
- Assists with project assignments as requested, such as insurance reporting, insurance applications, etc
