Weekly Pay $23.00-$29.00 per hour
Commercial Plumber Responsibilities:
- Execute a wide range of commercial plumbing services, including installations, repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose, repair, and replace various commercial plumbing systems.
- Outstanding ability to estimate materials, labor and equipment costs.
- Respond to Customer Service Requests (service calls).
- Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer.
- Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, local codes and safety protocols.
- Maintain an organized work area, upholding the proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
- Perform manual tasks such as: bending, reaching, standing, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., or maneuvering heavier items with additional manpower or appropriate devices.
- Present a professional appearance and attitude.
- Exemplify extraordinary customer service with professionalism.
Commercial Plumber Qualifications:
- 2 years Commercial Plumbing experience
- Healthcare setting experience a plus
- Must have valid driver license
- Must have own transportation and tools
- Must be within commutable distance
- Must have own hand tools
