They are looking for Production Technicians to start ASAP!
Key Details
- 3 month Temp-to-Hire model
- M-F, 8a-4p
- $21-25/hr, depending on experience
Duties
- Assemble components into devices following approved procedures and industry standards.
- Build prototype devices per engineering work orders.
- Adhere to inventory management protocols for material handling.
- Maintain traceability through proper documentation.
- Handle production-grade chemicals safely.
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Contribute to product/process development and continuous improvement efforts as needed, including brainstorming, problem-solving, prototyping, and testing.
Experience Preferred:
- 2 years in cGMP production, with a focus on new product development. Experience in medical device or biotech manufacturing is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic lean manufacturing principles.
- Basic computer skills, including internet, email, and MS Word.
- Proficiency in inventory management software is advantageous.
Job Types: Temporary, Contract, Full-time
Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
