Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising teams, business development, and strategic planning. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing resources, and driving profitability.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Identify business development opportunities and drive sales growth
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance

Requirements:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or related experience

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent business acumen with a focus on profit loss management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $74,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
