IT MANAGER

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager who possesses a solid foundation in IT design, excels in problem-solving, and communicates effectively. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding design solutions offered by our team, identifying and addressing scenario gaps, leading testing efforts, managing and tracking portals, and proficiently writing requirements. This position requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex technical landscapes while ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Design Expertise:

• Utilize a strong foundation in IT design principles to evaluate and understand proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine designs, ensuring they meet both business requirements and technical

• Identify and address potential scenario gaps within proposed solutions.
• Proactively troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

3. Communication:

• Facilitate clear and concise communication to ensure alignment on portal requirements & timelines.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Lead testing efforts to validate the functionality, performance, and security of IT solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
• Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in IT design, with a strong understanding of architecture, infrastructure, and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• 2-3 years of minimum experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
