As an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation, customization, and support of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our clients. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge to effectively address the diverse needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- *Must have experience with BI Publisher and Cloud Compensation Module*.
- Solution Implementation: Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Customization and Configuration: Utilize your technical proficiency to configure Oracle Cloud HCM applications according to client specifications, including designing and developing custom extensions, integrations, and reports using Oracle tools such as HCM Data Loader, Fast Formula, and BI Publisher.
- Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating functional requirements into technical specifications for system configuration and customization.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and adherence to client requirements and project timelines.
- Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase and post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, resolving technical challenges, and guiding users on system usage and best practices.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of the latest Oracle Cloud HCM updates, industry trends, and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise to deliver value-added solutions to our clients.
