Experience with IBI WebFOCUS and iWay products

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Methodology

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in an Agile environment within small teams

strong problem-solving ability

Proficient in the English language

Contractor Responsibilities.

a. Task List. The Contractor, through the Applications Development Analyst(s) it provides, shall perform the following tasks as necessary to complete work on/for the Customer's software as assigned by the Manager:

1. Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.

2. Involved in the full systems life cycle and responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.

3. Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.

4. Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, and product evaluation.

b. Educational Requirements. The Contractor must possess, at a minimum:

1. A bachelor's degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information

systems; or

2. Five (5) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning,

program research, or program evaluation.

provided by the Contractor to perform these services.

b. Educational Requirements. The Contractor must possess, at a minimum:
