JOB DESCRIPTION
Skiltrek is looking for a remote Service Now Admin to join their team. This company provides data center services to their clients and is currently going through a ServiceNow implementation. The candidate will be responsible for the day to day oversight of the system and make sure it's being utilized effectively to meet the company's needs. They will act as the subject matter expert for all modules that support internal and external users. They will also be responsible for the direction of the use of the product to align with business needs. They will help identify modifications needed to the platform in order to enhance UX features. They must also ensure that all documentation is up to date and accessible to stakeholders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of experience with managing ServiceNow
- Excellent understanding of the ServiceNow product suite (ITSM and ITOM/CMDB)
- Fundamental understanding of technologies used with ServiceNow integration (eBonding, SSO, REST, APIs, etc)
- Good understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM
- Occasional travel to corporate sites may be required
