PART TIME CONTROLLER
Location: POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an extraordinary detail-oriented Part time Controller. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to wear many hats; including working with accounts payables and receivables, oversee our month end, quarterly and yearly closing processes and partnering with the Owner, Executives and Management Team as needed. This member of the team works in direct partnership with The Executive VP of Operations and Sales and Bookkeeper. Our agency is in search of a self-directed and experienced Controller to oversee all financial, accounting and some human resources activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for budget management, financial analysis, forecasting, oversight of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting. Team members work in a proactive environment with self-accountability. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge or past experience in the Aesthetic Industry. The Controller is responsible for:
- Receives, approves and, when necessary, investigates client’s accounts payable invoices
- Codes payables for accounts payable and inputs
- Keeps track of client assets and treatment liability
- Prepares appropriate schedules and reports as requested by Owner or Executive Staff
- Participate in the development of and support the company’s strategic plans
- Monitor the financial performance of the company
- Compile and analyze financial reporting packages
- Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets
- Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures
- Communicate financial metrics to senior management
- Provide leadership and support to Bookkeeper
- Oversee Company 401k plan
- Assist/Oversee accountants on tax return preparation
- Oversee Month End & Reconciliations
- Create Balance sheet
- Create individual clinic P&L and Oversee Company P&L
- Manage loans and leases
- Financial analysis and growth strategy development
- negotiation and analysis of existing vendor contracts
- Oversee Credit Card reconciliation
- Oversee Bank deposit
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
· QuickBooks Certified or solid QuickBooks experience
· Strong MS Excel
· MS Office and knowledge of accounting software
· Experience dealing with all taxing agencies and filing various forms
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
· Accounting designation (CMA, CGA or CA), or an equivalent combination of related experience and education
· Minimum 10 years accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role with at least 5 years’ experience in human resources
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
· Self-motivated and self-directed
· Ability to work closely with a senior management team
