SkipperBud's has an opening for a Part Time Administrative Assistant at our dealership in Sturgeon Bay, WI.
WHY SKIPPERBUD'S?:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet and welcome visitors
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Customer payment processing
· Provide administrative support across sales, service, storage and marina departments with various tasks assigned
· Ensure reception area and show room is presentable for visitors and stocked with all necessary stationary material (e.g. pens, forms, product brochures, ect.)
· Handling cash, cash register transactions and other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Organized and customer service oriented
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to be resourceful and have a proactive problem solving approach
· Able to multitask with duties assigned across multiple departments
· Must be able to work weekends (Approx. 27 hrs/week)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
