Sky’s Edge Wealth, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Client Services Manager to complement our client focused team. Your talents will contribute to an outstanding client experience by:
- Building rapport and maintaining our existing client relationships;
- Fielding client requests and inquiries, then solving for a successful outcome;
- Managing Advisor’s calendars;
- Processing and tracking business paperwork;
- Preparing agendas and documents for meetings;
- Managing correspondence;
- Assisting with new client on boarding;
- Offering operational administrative support; and
- Completing ad hoc requests as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is preferred OR 5 years of related experience.
- 2 years of significant experience in client support role is required, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Ability to build rapport via phone or in person with clients is required.
- Professional, clear, and polite phone presence is required.
- Ability to be highly detailed is required.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills is required.
- Ability to prioritize deliverables, track deliverable progress, and follow-up on outstanding matters is required.
- Ability to manage time in an efficient, self-directed manner is required.
- Ability to plan ahead, anticipate needs, and manage schedules is required.
- Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by Advisors and FINRA is required.
- Ability to be proactive and professionally assertive with Advisors is required.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with strong attention to grammar, spelling, and overall professionalism is required.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills including demonstrating positiveness in conduct, verbal, and written interactions is required.
- Ability to comprehend instructions and take initiative is required.
- Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) software is required.
- Experience with SalesForce or other Client Management software is preferred.
