Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Mandatory)Requirements:
• 10 to 15 years of experience with 4 years in Pega LSA role. Candidate needs to be a Pega certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
• Application development experience for Financial Services clients. Expert in architecting and designing Pega based BPM/CRM/Marketing solutions for large programs
• Should be expert on Pega 7.x, Pega8.x
• Expert in designing enterprise class structure and foundational components
• Expert integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions
• Facilitate DCO sessions along with LBA, Coordinate with Product Owner and stakeholders to create backlog
• Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to Pega terminologies
• Experience with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative) strongly preferred.
• Guide development team and business to ensure optimum solutions for business and system requirements
• Acts as Technical lead for the Program
• Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks.
• Strong experience scoping, planning, and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
• Provide thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
• Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
• Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk
• Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements
• Experience in implementing solutions using Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) is a plus
• Responsible for code review and ensure very high code quality
• Strong analytical and communication skills Responsibilities:
• Acts as the liaison between Lead Business Architect and ITO PEGA teams and have ability to translate between technical and non-technical team members.
• Works closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders, Lead Business Analysts to translate the business requirements to application.
• Lead the development team in delivering the enterprise solutions
• Integrate multiple technologies using Pegasystems
• Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Pega
• Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore)
• Optimize solutions by performing detailed code and design reviews
• Map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality
• Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
• Mentor junior team members in Pega technology best practice
