What you'll do Working with the Head of the Telco Governance Risk and Compliance function you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the strategy, framework, processes regarding the ongoing monitoring and management of compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards across Sky’s Telco organisation. We want you to help build and maintain a successful team, working with the Head of GRC and Head of Network Architecture and Security to define the organisation and its processes, outputs and interfaces. You will promote, facilitate and monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You'll drive operational and organisational business processes within the division to achieve “auditable, secure and resilient by design”. Collaborate closely with Engineering and GRC/Security functions. Align and co-ordinate the design, implementation, management and assessment of policies and technical controls. Assist in the identification, assessment and reporting of compliance-related risks across the division. You will collaborate closely with regulators and other external bodies on matters of technical interpretation and implementation of regulation. You will work with other internal legal and compliance functions to ensure internal policies and standards are followed. You will evaluate and report on critical metrics related to regulatory compliance levels and associated assurance activities. You will coordinate responses to internal and external queries and information requests. What you'll bring You will have previous working experience in the technology compliance or assurance sector with a specific knowledge of telecoms networks and relevant regulatory obligations. We need you to be familiar with designing, implementing and managing compliance and assurance frameworks as well as policies and standards. For this role, you will have familiarity and previous experience in collaborating closely with regulatory bodies and as such, have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. You'll be comfortable working with technical information and have extraordinary attention to detail, be able to work efficiently and in a time-sensitive manner. Your organisational and reporting skills will be second-to-none and you must have the ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
