ABOUT THE PARK MANAGER:
The Park Manager at Sky Zone is an important leader on the management team. In coordination with other members of the management team, this position is responsible for ensuring all elements of Park Safety, Team Member Training and Development, Facility Maintenance and Achieving Sales Results. Computer hardware and networking knowledge a plus.

JOB SUMMARY:
The focus of this job is on achieving results which are aligned with the organization and its strategic goals. Job Characteristics and Responsibilities

  • Develop effective methods of improving company's operations
  • Maintain vendor relations with periodic review of inventory pricing with aggressive efforts to control costs
  • Inventory management, responsible for placing orders, maintaining par levels
  • Safety & risk management: forms execution, maintain all related files, advocate for guest safety
  • Train team on safety protocols, and best practices
  • Manage facility and equipment inspections and oversee maintenance crew
  • Coordinate with IT for all proper maintenance of systems
  • Assist with Program Development through collaborative efforts with management team
  • On-boarding new team members to company policies and procedures
  • Ongoing coaching & developing team members, ensuring knowledge of products, programs, promotions
  • Adopt, maintain and enforce company standards, policies and procedures including but not limited to, waiver policy, court rules, food safety, as well as all federal, state and local regulations and compliance.
  • Ensuring adequate labor while aggressively controlling costs
  • Handling and resolving guest complaints
  • Enforce corporate standards and ensure all regulatory compliance standards are met such as with Health Department, OSHA, Department of Labor and other regulatory agencies
  • Team culture leader, motivate and drive culture to create sales results
  • Ensuring WOW Guest Experience, with ability to resolve Guest service issues with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience in a high energy environment
  • Representing the company to customers as well as the public
  • Cash handling, prepare scheduled daily deposits
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including opening and closing procedures including cash reconciliation and preparing daily deposits

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Management or closely related field)

Qualifications

  • Previous managerial / supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality or entertainment industry
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Able to work nights and weekend
  • Previous experience in a guest-facing environment
  • Previous management experience with new-to-the workforce staff
  • Maintain Food Handlers Certification; Management Certification required within 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
