The position is Marketing Coordinator to support full-time, licensed Real Estate/Leasing Agents and Property Management office. Graphic design knowledge is a HUGE plus. Your job focus will be working closely with our sales and management team to set up the marketing of listings and follow up on leads and results. You are a KEY person in continuing our team's #1 success. You'll work in a fast-paced real estate office in the McAllen, TX. REQUIREMENTS:

- Sales and Marketing Experience. Social Media savvy.

- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills. Fast learner

- Have a TAKE-CHARGE work ethic and are an excellent organizer

- Have an intense ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

- Graphic Tech savvy is desirable. Marketing Graphic Design knowledge - platforms Canva, Photoshop (medium), Wix, others

- Apartment industry experienced (desirable)

TAKS:

- Produce social media and marketing content. Monitor and pursue any leasing/real estate sales opportunities.

- Take marketing pictures & video to produce content. Coordinate professional photoshoot when needed. Coordinate the production of all marketing material needed.
- Ensure social media marketing is consistent across platforms
- Listings data entry to MLS and other platforms.

- Manage CRM= KVCore- Leads follow up, incoming lead facilitation: calling, leaving voicemails, texting and emailing daily

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing Design: 3 years (Required)
• Sales and Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
