As our Guest Experience Specialist at the front desk, you'll excel in boat reservations, and skillfully manage check-ins and check-outs, including overseeing our unique onsite short-term (nightly) rentals. At Skylight, we're a close-knit family, committed to crafting enduring memories for our guests and each other, all from the beautiful setting of Big Water, Utah. ROOM AND BOARD PROVIDED!
```Responsibilities:```
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed

- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
