Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guest
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure pricing and quantities are correct while scanning items.
- Accept various forms of payment including cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Provide prompt change, receipts, and any additional assistance needed.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and front-of-house.
- Stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
