Skyline is looking for Financial Consultants to join our family of highly motivated, fun-loving individuals who care for one another, our clients, and want to make as much money as possible.

As a Financial Consultant, you will listen and engage with our clients with an empathetic ear and consult with them in their quest for financial freedom. If you're looking to jumpstart or develop your career in sales in a fun, rapidly growing environment, we want to hear from you.

Sales rep incomes range from $6,000-$30,000/monthly(average $5,000-$10,000).

This position is 100% commission based.

Responsibilities

  • ZERO cold calling! Receive and work warm leads from interested and responsive clients
  • Maintain your pipeline and self-schedule to maximize consulting opportunities
  • Meet specified daily metrics and monthly targets
  • Empathize with clients to understand their financial situation and identify the option that is most appropriate for them and their families

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of previous sales experience
  • Experience using CRM platforms and the ability to navigate between several systems simultaneously
  • A hunger for success, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn
  • Strong active listening skills with a focused empathetic and consultative ear
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work evenings (maximizes your earning potential)
  • Bachelors Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • 1099 contract
  • Commission pay
