About the Role:
Showroom managers are the connecting link between our designers and our clients. They are design and functionality focused while embodying the ideal that products are built for an ever-evolving lifestyle. Organization, management, technology, and dynamic communication is the heartbeat of the role. The showroom is the centerpiece for our product and the place where clients come to experience possibilities.
This position is supported by marketing and advertising staff.
You Will Get To:
- Create a unique experience in the showroom
- Assist designers in client relationships during the entire customer journey
- Manage the showroom by monitoring KPI’s, developing solutions, and supporting our brand guidelines
- Coordinate consultations and handle interactions with new leads
- Educate clients on product offerings and help them find the best solution for their home
- Coach, support and give feedback to designers
Qualifications:
- Should be organized, detail oriented and able to keep track of workflow
- Strong communication and relationship building capability and critical thinking skills that adapt to different situations
- Must be self-aware and able to collaborate with different types of people
- Demonstrates being technologically savvy and have the ability to use smart technology systems
- Should understand design principles and be able to practically implement them
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred

Pay:
$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
