Field Production / Plant Operations
Responsibilities
•
Tasks could include seed packaging, conditioning, treating , warehousing, and overall maintenance work in the facility
•
It can consist of outside work from spring through fall to help assist in the procedures of planting, inspecting, detasseling, male row destruction, and harvesting of the seed crop
•
The employee must gain an understanding of our Company culture and customer relationships
•
Employee will be required to learn and understand the quality processes and functions both in the Field and Plant operations
•
This position can include shift work, weekends, and holidays during critical times if necessary
Qualifications
•
The individual should have a good mechanical aptitude and basic computer knowledge
•
The individual must be able to work together with others, yet when asked, have the ability to complete tasks on their own and on time
Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
