Community Relations Coordinator

Overview:

Skypoint Recovery, a leading substance use program, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Relations Coordinator to join our team. As a Community Relations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in fostering positive relationships with community stakeholders, promoting awareness of our program, and facilitating outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic community outreach plans to increase awareness of Skypoint Recovery within the local community.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, and government agencies.Organize and attend community events, workshops, and seminars to promote Skypoint Recovery's services and engage with potential clients and referral sources.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and informational resources for community outreach activities.

Respond to inquiries from community members, healthcare providers, and potential clients in a timely and professional manner.

Represent Skypoint Recovery at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to expand our professional network and identify partnership opportunities.

Track and report on the effectiveness of community outreach efforts, including attendance at events, client referrals, and feedback received.

Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience in event planning, project management, and public speaking.Knowledge of substance use disorders, addiction treatment, and mental health services is preferred.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,300.00 - $96,600.00 per year
