If so, we have the job for you. Skypoint Transit is looking to add a new payroll specialist to our family. As a payroll specialist you will interact with team members and clients on a daily basis making a real impact. This role is a for highly detail oriented, self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong mathematical skills. You must have an excellent attitude and love to bring new ideas and problem solving to a great working environment. Previous QuickBooks experience is required.

Job Duties Include:
  • Paying drivers
  • QuickBooks
    • Accounts payable and receivables
    • Invoicing
    • Journal entries
    • Account reconciliation
    • Running QB reports
  • Analyzing data for profit maximization
  • Physical yard inventory
  • Directing client and driver calls
Compensation and Benefits: Hourly position with Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance and Simple IRA plan benefits
