The ideal candidate is a highly experienced professional project manager who is very detail oriented with strong communication skills. This must be a high performer with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across the organization to drive projects to completion.
- This individual will work on a variety of projects in our portfolio, which could include business-focused projects, as well as those relating to infrastructure or information security. Initially, there will be a focus on information security projects.
- Our project management methodology is a hybrid approach waterfall up front with elements of agile during execution. The ideal candidate will have experience with both.
- Current project management tools include Microsoft Project and ServiceNow. Specific experience with these tools is not required but familiarity with similar tools will be necessary.
- We are in a highly regulated environment where attention to detail in adherence to the project management methodology is critical.
- This is a straight contract position with an initial duration of 12 -24 months and opportunity for renewal.
- The client offers a hybrid option, requiring three days onsite in Des Moines and allowing two days remote. This is not negotiable.
