As a Quality Systems Analyst, you will perform and/or confirm production and quality control audits, as well as assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as GMPs and ISO regulations. May be required to do GMP/GLP training. May conduct vendor evaluation audits to determine qualifications. May also conduct training on quality assurance systems. This position reports to the Quality Systems Engineer coordinating and directing the quality assurance programs and systems designed to ensure outstanding business performance, design and manufacturing consistent with established standards by performing the duties listed below.
Responsibilities
Support Quality Management System Activities
* Ensure the integrity of the quality management systems
* Propose process improvement opportunities based on continued analysis and monitoring of metrics, goals and objectives.
* Generate/maintain procedures, work instructions and forms, as necessary to ensure standardization of practices across Skyworks.
* Manages the preparation of automotive customer PPAPs in the organization.
* Maintain local quality systems metrics monthly and manage actions when corresponding goals are missed.
* Provide QMS platform administrative support as needed (Doc Control, CAPA, Audits, etc.).
Dashboards
* Manage PPAP dashboards.
* Promotes improvement projects to optimize data extraction activities within the QMS program such as but not limited to PPAPs, CAR/PAR, Audit program etc.
Training
* Provide QMS training to individuals as needed to facilitate QMS deployment and maintenance
Required Experience and Skills
*Bachelor's degree in data science or industrial engineering.
*Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
*Project management skills to administrate multiple functions and tasks simultaneously.
*Knowledge in relational SQL and No SQL databases.
*Knowledge on Python libraries such as pandas, scipy, numpy, pysimplegui, etc.
*Knowledge on Power BI for building interactive dashboards and publishing via MS Teams.
Preferred Experience and Skills
*Graduate degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
* Previous experience in quality systems.
